You agree to Login to M.A.P. at least Once Every 30 Days. If not, your account will be suspended and you will have to pay both the admin fee and member fee to rejoin..
NOTE ON BOTS: If you are promothing via a solo ad or any other means, and we can prove that your ad provider is giving you BOT Traffic, we will delete those contacts immediately upon undisputed truth.
BOTS hurt our system and they must be eliminated.
Contacts Time Limit: Once your contacts are in Your System for 6 months and have not joinied, they are purged from your system. They are out doing something else so just let them go!
Advertising = No Refunds
If you buy some type of ad through M.A.P., whether that be a Home Business Magazine Ad, Solo Ads, Postcards, etc. and decide to contact your bank for some type of charge-back, your account will be suspended until you reverse the charge-back. No exceptions. If you didn't want the ad, don't buy it. If you want some type of refund for ANY reason, you must contact M.A.P. first. Creating a red flag with one of our payment options is not professional and will not be tolerated. Use email: myautomaticpay@gmail.com
In addition, you will most likely lose the charge-back as we have all the proof we need to give to your bank that you actually bought the ad without influence or provocation.
There are no refunds for any advertising, and a charge-back will result in closing your account. If you do a charge back for your $47 payment, you will be deleted from the program.
Your Payment Option
You agree that you are 100% responsible for creating your payment option and adding it to the correct link in the M.A.P. payment screen. Your payment option must work immediately and be accurate. Once a member pays their Admin fee, it is critical that your payment option work effortlessly for them. New members do not want to wait to get started.
If you have an option that they have to go and create, it slows down your ability to be paid quickly. It also looks bad on M.A.P.. We have no patience for that, so please don't waste your time with payment options that are precarious.
Cash Payments
The only cash payments allowed in M.A.P. are from Zelle and CashApp. No cash in the mail allowed. All cash payments must be shown to admin before a new member is allowed into the system.
Promoting Ethically
M.A.P. has the legal right to cancel your account if you promote our company unethically. This is solely based on our opinion and we can terminate you at any time. This can include your continuous promoting to countries that can not pay you. We are a Tier-1 company.
That means we can ONLY promote to: USA, UK, New Zealand, Australia, Canada
In addition, you can NOT use M.A.P. as a bargaining chip or some type of bait for people to join our company. You would be hurting my brand and that is not fair to the other members. Not only will you be terminated, but you may also be subject to legal action.
*Promoting A Different Program with Our Broadcast Feature.
*If you promote another program with our Broadcast feature, (autoresponder) your account will be deleted immediately. We see everything that leaves our system.
Can Spam Act - (You MUST fill out your profile with your address included)
Spam is a serious problem and will not be tolerated in M.A.P.. Spam is the unsolicited information sent to someone that did NOT ask for it. An example would be to add someone to our system who didn't request they be added. This is the raw definition of spam. Sending someone emails who didn't opt in and raise their hand to get your information.
Consent (“opt-in”)
You will obtain opt-in consent from a recipient prior to sending emails to that recipient to the extent required by applicable law or regulation.
Where applicable law or regulation requires opt-in consent for emails, proof of such consent should be retained by you in accordance with the applicable law or regulation and at least until the email recipient opts out of receiving emails.
Once people have told you they don’t want to receive more messages from you, you can’t sell or transfer their email addresses, even in the form of a mailing list. The only exception is that you may transfer the addresses to a company you’ve hired to help you comply with the CAN-SPAM Act.
Uploading Your Own Leads
We do not want anyone uploading their own leads. If someone didn't opt-in to request more information from M.A.P., they are spam. We have "0" tolerance for this type of marketing. In fact, it's not marketing, it's spam. Don't Do It!.
Credit Card Storage
Credit card information is only collected by the payment processors. Admin and members do not see your credit card numbers. Not even the last four digits. Your account is safe from hackers as there is nothing for them to steal from you. You're Welcome!
Aggregate Information
This refers to information that does not, by itself, identify you as a specific individual. Such information would include the Uniform Resource Locator ("URL") of the website that referred you to our Site, your Internet Protocol ("IP") address (a number automatically assigned to your computer whenever you surf the web), your operating system and browser type, and any search terms that you enter on our Site. Our web server aggregates this information in order to monitor the level of activity on our Site, evaluate its effectiveness, and improve the content or our Site in order to make your visit an easy and enjoyable experience.
We may collect, compile, store, publish, promote, report, or otherwise disclose or use any Aggregate Information, provided that such information does not personally identify you.
