You agreed to pay a $50 one-time set up fee, and a one-time $247 payment to your enroller. From the moment you join, you have 48 hours to cancel and receive a full refund of both payments.
After the 2-day period, you agree to the $50 payment and the $247 payment, and decline any future refunds.
By agreeing to this form, you are leaving a paper trail of approval and can not be refunded after the 48 hours. This is a binding contract and is filed with the M.A.P. attorney, marketing counsel, programmers, and your payment processors.
You agree that you are 100% responsible for setting up your payment option and adding it to the correct link in the M.A.P. payment portal. Your payment option must work immediately and be accurate. Once a member pays their admin fee, it is critical that your payment option work effortlessly for them.
M.A.P. has the legal right to cancel your account if you promote our company unethically. This is solely based on our opinion and we can terminate you at any time. You can NOT use M.A.P. as a bargaining chip or some type of bait for people to join another program. You would be hurting my brand and that is not fair to the other members. Not only will you be terminated, but you may also be subject to legal action.
If you promote another program with our Broadcast feature, your account will be deleted immediately. We pay for your autoresponder so we ask that you respect that and use it as a professional.
Can Spam Act - (You MUST fill out your profile with your mailing address included or your system will not work correctly) Spam is a serious problem and will not be tolerated in M.A.P..
Consent (“opt-in”)
You will obtain opt-in consent from a recipient prior to sending emails to that recipient to the extent required by applicable law or regulation.
You will not use purchased or rented email lists or email lists of recipients that have not affirmatively consented (i.e., opted in) to receive emails from you.
Where applicable, law or regulation requires an opt-in consent for emails, proof of such consent should be retained by you in accordance with the applicable law or regulation and at least until the email recipient opts out of receiving emails.
Once people have told you they don’t want to receive more messages from you, you can’t sell or transfer their email addresses, even in the form of a mailing list. The only exception is that you may transfer the addresses to a company you’ve hired to help you comply with the CAN-SPAM Act
